Cosa sono i cookie

Pulsanti e widget di social network
I Social buttons sono quei particolari “pulsanti” presenti sul sito che raffigurano le icone di social network (esempio, Facebook e Twitter) e consentono agli utenti che stanno navigando di interagire con un “click” direttamente con le piattaforme social.
I social buttons utilizzati dal sito nella pagina “Contatti” sono dei link che rinviano agli account del Titolare sui social network raffigurati. Tramite l’utilizzo di tali pulsanti non sono pertanto installati sul sito cookie di terze parti. Si riportano comunque i link ove l’utente può prendere visione dell’informativa privacy relativa alla gestione dei dati da parte dei Social cui i pulsanti rinviano.

Modalità del trattamento
Il trattamento viene effettuato con strumenti automatizzati dal Titolare. Non viene effettuata alcuna diffusione o comunicazione.
Conferimento dei dati
Fatta eccezione per i cookie tecnici strettamente necessari alla normale navigazione, il conferimento dei dati è rimesso alla volontà dell’interessato che decida di navigare sul sito dopo aver preso visione dell’informativa breve contenuta nell’apposito banner e di usufruire dei servizi che comportano l’installazione di cookie (così per la condivisione dei contenuti tramite Add This). L’interessato può quindi evitare l’installazione dei cookie mantenendo il banner (astenendosi quindi dal chiuderlo cliccando sul tasto “ok”), nonché attraverso le apposite funzioni disponibili sul proprio browser.

Diritti dell’interessato
L’interessato potrà far valere in ogni momento, rivolgendosi al titolare del trattamento tramite l’invio di una mail all’indirizzo info@pyramis.it, i diritti di cui all’art. 7 del D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003 n. 196, che di seguito si riporta testualmente.
Art. 7 D. Lgs. 196/2003
1. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano, anche se non ancora registrati, e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile.
2. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere l’indicazione:
a) dell’origine dei dati personali;
b) delle finalità e modalità del trattamento;
c) della logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici;

Social networks’ buttons and widgets
Social buttons are special buttons available on the website and showing social network icons (e.g. Facebook and Twitter); they enable users who are browsing the site to interact with social platforms by simply clicking on these buttons.

Data processing method
Data processing is carried out by the Data Controller using automated tools. This process does not involve any data dissemination or transmission.
Data submission
With the exception of technical cookies, strictly necessary for standard website browsing, the decision on data submission is left to the data subject who, after reading the short information contained in a special banner, browses the site and uses services implying the placement of cookies (the same applies to sharing content with social buttons). Art. 7 of the Italian Law Decree 196/2003
1. The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data relating to him/her are kept, even if not yet recorded, and to the transmission of such data in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject is entitled to obtain the following information:
a) source of the personal data;
b) purposes of data processing and methods used;
c) logic applied to data processing by electronic systems;
d) identity of the controller, the processors and the appointed representative under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of the data as the appointed national representative, processors or authorised users.
